Our Purpose
Is to empower our readers with thought-provoking and supportive articles that propel and inspire our readers to achieve and embrace opportunities for growth.
Our Tone
We’re looking for creative, original thinking, presented in warm, energetic manner writers. Articles should be practical and engaging, intelligent but not stuffy, reflective of a Christian worldview but not preachy. We expect articles to reflect our purpose and that is to Inform, Enlighten and Inspire.
Our Venue
Because Empowered is online, reader’s attention spans are shorten than in print. This means we prefer to keep our article lengths short, and you have to develop your ideas quickly. Avoid long eloquent descriptions and cut to the chase. You have maybe five minutes to give your reader an inspiring takeaway that will make them a better person.
Our Writers
Empowered does not accept simultaneous submissions (which means, don’t send the same query at the same time to us and other publishers. Empowered does not accept reprints; we prefer to publish brand new material. All submissions are received on speculation. An accepted query doesn’t guarantee acceptance of the manuscript. Editors reserve the right to reject a manuscript at any stage if it does not meet our editorial needs.
Manuscripts that are accepted and published will be copyrighted by Empowered Magazine but you still retain legal rights. Posting on third-party sites with articles accepted requires Empowered Magazine permission.
Our Thanks
Empowered is not able to pay writers for accepted manuscripts. Instead, we attempt to compensate writers for their hard work by our expectation that being published in Empowered will gain you exposure and credibility among entities across the world. We believe that is a tremendous value.
